Thankfully, you can use these straightforward and effective guidelines to construct your own positive affirmations, which you can apply in your life to gain tangible final results in all regions of your life.

Describe The Requirements

Which are your standards? Which kind of particular person do you wish to be? You may want to pick any person that you admire most that radiates a high self-esteem.

It can be your relative, friend, a national hero, an author, an athlete or anyone you desire to model this quality from. Think of what actions he or she has done that made them such a confident person.  After you do that, your subconscious mind will begin to emulate the  confident person that you wish to become, the successful person you have always wanted to be.

Your subconscious mind responds to what you instil and will transform  you into a self confident person if you  intend it. You should be specific as to what traits and attitudes that you want to have of a person with a high self-esteem.

For example, it can be a person who is good at public speaking, or can negotiate with people, or attract their ideal partner with ease, have the ability to make a sale; to perform at your optimum and be the best that you can be!

The Best System for Positive Affirmations

As you draft the self-esteem affirmations, you need to adhere to these 4 rules:

1) They need to be written in present tense.
2) They have to be affirmative in character.
(By no means use phrases like Not, Can’t, Don’t, Won’t or No.)
3) Must be in first person.
4) And they need to be action orientated

Illustrations are:
“I’m assertive and persuasive in my enterprise negotiations.”
“I approach strangers and engage in conversations with ease.”
“I’m a master at sealing the sale.”
“I am a confident, radiant individual.”

If you feel the need to revise your affirmations every so often to keep them pertinent, do so.
Don’t hesitate to renew your affirmations, as goals change from time to time. Right after  you  possess your own affirmations which you feel comfortable with, the only thing left to do is…

Rehearse Your Affirmations

Inform the Universe each affirmation on a daily basis. Say them out loud when you wake up in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. Do this daily for 21 days.

This is essential because it trains your mind to release your potential. Just like exercising. Notice that if you don’t train your body it will get weak, the mind must also work out. Utilizing affirmations to reprogram the mind in a positive way will reinforce your resolve within yourself.

Make sure to do this everyday, and make a lifelong commitment of using affirmations as it will become a natural part of your positive belief building tool box in the long run.
