Unwilling to Change.

When you have an opportunity presented to you and you refuse to change in order to receive it then you put limits on yourself. A good example would be a person who is stuck in a dead-end job that they hate. This person is offered a high paying job that promises a promotion and greater chances for advancement. When they decide to pass on the job offer because they don’t want to move out of their home town because it has sentimental value to them.

Pitfall #1- Complacency. If you rest on your laurels you will eventually become miserable. It may take 10 years or it may take 20, but eventually an attitude of being satisfied will catch up with you. We are created to be goal striving individuals and if we are not trying to do, be, or have more then we eventually become unhappy.
