A Good Way To Lose Pessimism
by Anthony D. Carter
Are You feeling negative about everything you see or hear?
Do you want a better outlook on life?
I have a great tip to share with you.
Take a vacation from your daily newscast. And while you’re at it stop reading newspapers too.
Do this for a solid thirty days and you are certain to have a better attitude. Your pessimism will fade and you will develop a generally positive outlook on life.
I do this from time to time and the results are nothing short of miraculous for me.
When you watch and listen to the news you get bombarded with negative stories. They report on them rapid fire one after another.
We’ve all heard the saying “Bad news sells.” So when you watch the news or read the newspaper you are sure to get your fair share of what’s bad in the world today.
When you take a break from the constant bad news your attitude will naturally improve and you’ll gradually begin to see more possibilities than you did before.
